Q1. What is the package like?
A1 The pills come in one or more blister packs containing 10 pills
each. Large orders can be split in many packs and come in as many
separate envelopes as needed. The parts of a large order are dispatched
in 3 days after the initial one.
Q2. Will you be offering other products
in the future?
A2 If you need a product which is not mentioned at our site, you can
let us know of the product you are interested in and we will try our
best to add it to our list as soon as possible.
Q3. Are the products you offer FDA approved?
A3 The products we sell are manufactured and shipped from South East
Asian Region. All of them are approved by Asian FDA for export.
Q4. What is your privacy policy?
A4. We are fully dedicated to your privacy and security. Please refer
to the current privacy policy in the terms & conditions section
of our website. You can be rest assured that our online order system
is based on the latest Security encryption technology to ensure that
your information is submitted safely and with the highest level of
protection.
Q5. Do you have any age restriction?
A5. Unfortunately, we do not sell the goods to persons, who are 18
years old or younger.
Q6. How do you ship orders?
A6. We can offer 2 shipping methods at the moment: 1. Track able Courier
Service: the packages sent by this postal service can by tracked by
the tracking number supplied after the order is shipped. 2. Registered
Airmail Service: the packages sent by this service cannot be tracked
by the system as it is maintained and operated manually and it takes
14-28 days.3. Can you "overnight" my order: Overnight delivery
is not possible4. Can you use FedEx/DHL or UPS for my order: No products
can be shipped by these Couriers at present!
Q7. How long will it take until I get
my order?
A7. It depends on where you are and what you order. Customer Service
will give you details by e-mail once your order has been processed.
As an approximate guide, 8 - 10 days will work for most countries
including the USA. These are estimates only; we cannot be more specific
as we do not have control over the efficiency of the postal service.
Please only contact us if your order has not arrived in 21 days from
the shipping date found in your order history.
Q8. What happens if I am not home to
sign for my order?
A8. The delivery person will leave a slip or card at your delivery
address and you can pick your order up from the post office that is
servicing your area or in some cases arrange re-delivery. If you have
not been notified, you may ask the post office whether there is an
item waiting for you. Orders returned or rejected will NOT be received
by us, do not return any medications, they would be lost and you will
not receive a refund.
Q9. Why do I need to provide my e-mail
address?
A9. Without your e-mail address, we cannot provide you with confirmation of your transactions. The emails we will send you will cover functionality of the site.
Q10. Is it legal to purchase a medication
online without a prescription?
A10. Yes, because we ship from different countries, and depending
on the medication, the laws in that country do not require you to
have a prescription.
Q11. Do you offer medical advise or provide online prescriptions?
A11. No, we do not provide this service. If you need a prescription,
please see your medical doctor, and if you are unsure about taking
a specific medication, we highly recommend talking to a professional.
Q12. I am interested in buying a medication,
but I am taking another one. Is it safe?
A12. In this circumstance, we highly advise you to ask your doctor
to make sure taking more than 1 medication is safe. Some medications
combined can be hazardous. If you are taking a medication (or more
than 1), please seek a healthcare provider before purchasing anything
from us to ensure your safety.
Q13. Where are your medications shipped
from?
A13. Depending where you are located, and which product you are ordering,
we will ship your medication from one of our worldwide facilities.
We ship most of our medications from East Asian Region .
Q14. Do you ship globally?
A14. Yes we ship orders almost anywhere in the world, except the countries not allowing medicines from abroad for personal use.
Q15 What are the differences between
generic and brand name medications?
A15. Not much, except for name and price. Because generic drug manufacturers
are not required to duplicate original medical studies proving the
safety and efficiency of the chemical compound, they can produce generic
versions at much lower costs, thus passing on these savings to the
consumer.
Q16. What is the quality of generic
drugs?
A16. To be considered "bio equivalent / therapeutically equivalent"
to its brand name counterpart, a generic drug must have the identical
active chemical compounds as well as the quantity and speed of absorption
of its active ingredients into the bloodstream. Sometimes the generic
version of a drug may differ in color or shape from its brand name
counterpart - these differences have no effect on the medical action
of the drug and are for commercial or patent reasons only.
Q17. What are the manufacturing standards
for generic drugs?
A17. The manufacturing facilities of all pharmaceutical companies,
whether they are the makers of brand name or generic drugs, must pass
stringent and regular inspections by the relevant authorities. There
is no difference between the manufacturing standards set for generic
pharmaceutical companies and those set for brand name pharmaceutical
companies. Many companies that produce brand name drugs also make
drugs sold under generic labels and vice versa.
Q18. What is your returns policy?
A18. We cannot refund or exchange prescription medications due to
FDA regulations.
